How to book your trip

 

If you feel you need more information before booking your holiday please contact us, we will supply you with the necessary details you require.  If you need some time to make your decision or persuade some friends to join you, we will hold a provisional place for you and your companion(s) for a minimum of one week.

 

Once you are ready to book, complete and sign the booking form (click here to download) and send it to us with your deposit addressed to:

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before you sign.  We require a non-refundable deposit of £150 or 10% (whichever is the greater) per person of the cost of the tour/quote.  Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit, a confirmation invoice will be sent to you along with relevant information on your trip.  The balance of the trip price is payable 60 days before your trip commences.  We will send you a reminder one week before then.  When the booking is made 60 days or less before the departure date, the full amount is payable on booking.  Unlike other companies, we do not impose charges for late bookings.  Payment is made by cheque, which should be made payable to Ashanti African Tours Ltd.

 

Please make sure that all your travel documents and arrangements are in place in good time, including passport, (which must be valid for at least 6 months after date of return,) Visa(s), inoculations and Travel Insurance.  We cannot be responsible for your failure to adequately prepare for the trip.
