Although we are a U.K registered company with offices in both Ghana and the U.K, our main base of operations is in Ghana. As most of our touring and related activities take place in Ghana and West Africa we have an experienced team based there year round. As ground agents for all our tours and activities, our clients deal with us personally. Unlike some tour companies, we do not book you from overseas and expect you to deal with some other agents on your arrival in Ghana and West Africa. Being based in Ghana is a major advantage to our clients as we are on hand should there be changes in our original program or schedule. Our team is a blend of both locals (Ghanaians) and expatriates (British). This combination though diverse serves us when delivering our services of knowledge and experience.

Whatever Ghana has to offer, we know how best to deliver it, we offer a variety of packages so as to be able to satisfy a wider range of our client's interests. Our tours offer Birdwatching, Wildlife, Eco, Cultural and Historical packages. Whether it is only one or more, we can combine our tours for groups, families or individuals. Our tours can be tailor made for a minimum of 3 persons.

We have experienced and knowledgeable guides in all the fields of our operations. They are there to ensure that you have a magical unforgettable trip. Being committed to responsible tourism, we are passionately concerned with the conservation and protection of Ghana and West Africa's wildlife, cultural and historical monuments so that prosperity may also have a feast as we are doing presently.

We are currently establishing a community development, wildlife conservation project in Bawena a village close to Mole National Park. Our aim is to improve school and medical facilities whilst educating the community on the benefits of conservation. For more information please go to our Ashanti projects page on our website.

We invite you on board the Ashanti African Tours "Train'' to help us help them whilst having an experience of a lifetime.

Janet Brakoh - Snr. Secretary
Janet is the first point of call for all our potential clients, she deals with the majority of the office correspondence and makes a better cup of tea than Eunice. Janet has a Higher National Diploma in business studies and she is always on hand to assist with all enquiries. Janet’s attention to detail and meticulous method of working ensures the logistics of our tours run smoothly.
